THAT Public Works Report No. W20-021, dated June 17, 2020, with respect to Road Occupancy Permit Fee be received; WHEREAS the Road Occupancy Permit By-law grants the Director of Public Works the authority to grant exemptions to the By-law; AND WHEREAS Coun cil wishes to encourage economic development with the Township of Severn; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council concurs that the Director of Public Works grant an exemption to the By-law for the purpose of economic development.
