THAT Planning Report No. P21-021 dated April 28, 2021 with respect to a Site Plan Amending Agreement for 1087 Brodie Drive to demise the former Canadian Tire store into four new retail units be received; AND FURTHER THAT once the required conditions have been met, the Township Clerk be authorized to execute on behalf of the Township the Site Plan Amending Agreement between The Corporation of the Township of Severn and the property owner Canadian Tire Properties Inc. that is in substantial conformity with the draft Site Plan Agreement attached as Attachment 6 to Planning Report No. P21-021.
