THAT Administration Report No. A22-033, dated December 14, 2022 regarding Updates to Various Committees Terms of References be received; AND THAT the updated Terms of References as attached to Report No. A22-033 be approved with the exception that the Villages & Hamlets Committee be dealt by separate resolution; AND FURTHER THAT a by-law be brought forward with the required amendments to the Council Procedural By-law; AND FURTHER THAT a by-law be brought forward to repeal By-law No. 2010-43 regulating the Committee of Adjustment; AND FURTHER THAT staff proceed with advertising for members for the various Committees.
