THAT the delegation by the Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation regarding the future of the hospital be received and that a resolution of support be brought forward to the next Council meeting.

THAT Administration Report No. A23-008, dated March 22, 2023 with respect to the Records Management Update be received; AND FURTHER THAT the recommended amendments to the Retention Schedules be approved and that the required by-law be brought forward for consideration of Council.

THAT Administration Report No. A23-011, dated March 22, 2023, be received; AND FURTHER, THAT Committee adopt the list of Municipal Comparators for the 2023 Compensation Review as outlined in this report.

THAT Report No. CAO-2023 -02, dated March 22, 2023 regarding Broadband Needs Analysis be received; AND THAT staff be directed to award a sole source contract to Clearcable Networks for a Township-wide Broadband Needs Analysis: AND FURTHER THAT the project be funded from the Modernization Fund Reserve.

THAT Tom Smith be named as the Township of Severn's 2023 Senior of the Year.

THAT Corporate Service Committee meetings be held in a hybrid format commencing with the April 26, 2023 meeting; AND THAT the necessary amendments to the Council Procedural By-law be brought forward to the next Council meeting.

THAT the correspondence from Gables Cottage Resort requesting Storage of Watercraft on Lake St George be received and that the request be denied.

THAT the Closed Session adjourn at 2:04 p.m. and that the meeting is hereby now reopened to the public.
