THAT Fire Report No. F23-002, dated March 22, 2023 with respect to an Outdoor Wood Burning Appliance By-law be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn Outdoor Wood Burning Appliance By-law be approved and brought forward to the next Council meeting for consideration.

THAT Administration Report A23-025 with respect to the Signage Strategy and Implementation Plan Update be received; AND THAT the Signage Strategy and Implementation Plan as amended be received; AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with the updated Decorative Banner Replacement project; AND THAT the Corporate Identity and Branding Policy A-9 be approved.

THAT Administration Report No. A23-028, dated June 21, 2023 regarding Private Road Naming: Jack Pine Lane be received; AND THAT the required by-law be brought forward for consideration.

THAT Administration Report No. A23-027, dated June 21, 2023 regarding a review of the Council Grants Policy be received; AND THAT the amendments to the Council Grants Policy be approved as discussed.

That Administration Report No. A23-029, dated June 21, 2023, with respect to a Council Compensation Market Study, be received; AND FURTHER THAT no change be made to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor's salary; AND FURTHER THAT Councillor salaries be increased to $26,687 per annum effective July 1, 2023. THAT the grant application regarding the Severn Shores School Crossing be received and

That Committee resolve into Closed Session, and that the meeting is hereby now closed to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, Section 239(2), for the purpose of considering: (a) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (c) labour relations or employee negotiations.
