THAT Administration Report No. A23-042, dated November 22, 2023 regarding Community Engagement Strategy and Update be received; AND THAT the Communications Officer continues to work towards: ongoing application of the Social Media Strategy and related plans continued distribution of the Severn Bulletin six times per year maintenance and enhancements as required to severn.ca continued implementation of additional stakeholder communications and engagement efforts; AND AND THAT the Communications Officer report annually to Council/Committee on these actions.
