THAT Recreation Report No. R24-006, dated April 24, 2024, be received for information. AND FURTHER THAT, Council approve the proposal for the Landscape and Interior Design of the Westshore Recreation Facility from Chamberlain Architect Services Limited in the amount of $428,200 (excluding H.S.T); AND FURTHER THAT, Council approve an additional $340,687 to be funded $306,618 from the Development Charges Reserve Fund and $34,069 from the Recreation Facilities Reserve.
