THAT Recreation Report No. R24-007, dated May 22, 2024, regarding Additional Office Space Options be received; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff to renovate Meeting Room Three in the Administrative Centre to accommodate current and projected staffing needs; AND FURTHER THAT Council approves an additional $50,000 to be funded from Facilities Reserves for the renovation of Meeting Room Three, and the purchase of a Sea-Can for storage purposes.

THAT Administration Report No. A24-016, dated May 22, 2024 regarding Closed Meeting Investigator be received; AND THAT as of January 1, 2025, the Ontario Ombudsman provide closed meeting investigator services for the Township of Severn; and THAT notification of this decision be provided to Local Authority Services Ltd. (“LAS”), the Ontario Ombudsman and the County of Simcoe.
