THAT Recreation Report No. R24-010 dated June 19, 2024, with respect to the Westshore Recreation Facility Geothermal Borehole and Conductivity Testing be received; AND FURTHER THAT, Council approve an additional $65,000 to be funded $58,500 from the Development Charges Reserve Fund and $6,500 from the Recreation Facilities Reserve; AND FURTHER THAT, Staff proceed with the described scope of work for the proposed borehole and conductivity testing when pricing is received up to the upset limit of $65,000.
