THAT Administration Report No. C24-003, dated September 25, 2024 regarding a Sole Source Procurement: Water and Wastewater Rate Study and Water Financial Plan be received; AND THAT Council approves the sole source procurement of the Water and Wastewater Rate Study and Water Financial Plan project to Watson & Associates Economists Ltd., at a cost of $38,420 plus HST to be included in the 2025 Budget.
