THAT Administration Report No. C24-05, dated November 27, 2024 regarding a Sole Source Procurement: Project Management Services - TownSuite Implementation be received; AND THAT Council approves the sole source procurement of the Project Management Services - TownSuite Implementation to WSCS Consulting Inc., at a cost of $70,454 including non-refundable HST to be funded via the Modernization Reserve and the Capital Reserve.
