THAT Administration Report No. A24-043, December 11, 2024 regarding Comments on Proposed updates to Provincial Accessibility Standards be received; AND THAT the comments detailed in Administration Report No. A24-043 be submitted to the Province.

THAT Administration Report No. A24-038, dated December 11, 2024 regarding 7996 Highway 11 South, Severn be received; AND THAT staff be directed to develop marketing materials to promote 7996 Highway 11 South; AND THAT the marketing materials will highlight that the Township is seeking a business that will utilize the majority of the property; AND THAT the marketing materials will indicate it is up to the potential purchaser to work directly with the Ministry of Transportation about obtaining a highway access/driveway permits; AND FURTHER THAT the finalized marketing materials be shared with the local industrial realtors, the County of Simcoe's Economic Development Office and other relevant officials.

THAT Administration Report report A24 - 036 regarding Social Media Policy Update be received; AND THAT policy A -7 - Social Media, 2020 be repealed; AND THAT FURTHER the new policy for Social Media be approved and implemented as outlined in Schedule 1 of this report.
