THAT the delegation by Fire Marque regarding an overview and introduction to Fire Marque's Indemnification Technology Program be received and

THAT Corporate Services Report No. C25-001, dated January 22, 2025, regarding the Municipal Insurance Pool be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Chief Administrative Officer, or the Director of Finance/Treasurer, or appropriate designate be authorized to represent the Township of Severn on the Municipal Insurance Advisory Board; AND FURTHER THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign all necessary agreements required for the Township of Severn to join the pool, including the Form of Subscription in the Municipalities in the County of Simcoe Subscribers' Agreement, in the form substantially attached hereto.

THAT Recreation Report No. R25-001, dated January 22, 2025, regarding a parking pass agreement with the Township of Georgian Bay be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct Staff to enter into an agreement with the Township of Georgian Bay to annually offer parking passes to Severn residents at Port Severn Park and Beach.

THAT Public Works Report W25-005 dated January 22, 2025, with respect to Twin Oaks Subdivision be received; AND FURTHER THAT the proposed rural residential road standard be accepted as the minimum service level upgrades; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn intends to initiate petition for Local Improvements of Twin Oaks Subdivision;AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to initiate discussion with the property owners and prepare petition forms and preliminary design. THAT Fire and Emergency Services Report No. F25-002, dated January 22, 2025 with respect to single sourcing replacement Defibrillation Units be received; AND FURTHER THAT single source procurement for the replacement of the Defibrillation Units be accepted; AND FURTHER THAT the single source is awarded to ZOLL Medical Canada, Inc, in the amount of $25,000.00.

THAT Administration Report No. A25-004, dated January 22, 2025 regarding Updates to Noise By-law be received; AND THAT the draft Noise By-law be approved and brought forward to the next Council meeting.

THAT Administration Report No. A25-002, dated January 22, 2025 regarding an updated Provision of Notice Policy be received; AND THAT the updated Provision of Notice Policy be approved as amended.

THAT Administration Report No. A25-003, dated January 22, 2025 regarding Updates to Parking By-law be received; AND THAT the draft Parking By-law be approved as amended and brought forward to the next Council meeting.

THAT Administration Report No. A25-001, dated January 22, 2025 regarding an updated Accessible Customer Service Policy be received; AND THAT the updated Accessible Customer Service Policy be approved.

THAT the Council Abeyance List for January 22, 2025 be received for information.
