THAT the copy of the letter to the Township of Tay dated December 10, 2024 from Pepi Sewage be received, AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn requests that the Township of Tay circulate Severn on notice when Pepi Sewage applies for a rezoning to support the storage of septage in seasons when it cannot be spread, AND FURTHER THAT when such notice is received the Township of Severn writes a letter of support based on the need for this service only.
