THAT Corporate Services Report No. C20-029, dated November 4, 2020, with respect to the Fair Barn Insurance Settlement be received; AND FURTHER THAT single source procurement for the replacement of the pole barn on behalf of the Coldwater and District Agri cultural Society be approved; AND FURTHER THAT the recovery of the $10,000 deductible for the insurance claim on the Pole Barn from the Coldwater and District Agricultural Society be approved; AND FURTHER THAT staff be authorized to work with the Coldwate r and District Agricultural Society to expedite the replacement of the Pole Barn at no additional cost to the Township of Severn.
