THAT Planning Report No. P20-035 dated December 2, 2020 with respect to a request from Lake Couchiching Residence G.P. Inc. to remove trees on the lands subject to approved Draft Plan of Subdivision SV-T-1701 at 3486 Turnbull Drive, be received; AND FURTHER THAT Council directs staff to proceed with Option 1 as set out in the Report; AND FURTHER THAT should Council approve the request to remove trees that the removals be undertaken in accordance with the Tree Removal Plan (TR-1) by Tatham Engineering, Revision 2 – October 2020, and also be subject to the following conditions: the removals occur within the November 1 st , 2020 to April 15 th , 2021 window only; the removals include up to the grinding of the stumps only and that no grubbing (i.e. no removal and disposal of unwanted vegetative matter from underground, such as stumps, roots, buried logs, and other debris), placing/removing of fill or installation of services shall occur; the posting of signs along the street frontages of the property alerting the local community of the pending removals and contact information for the proponent; the installation of heavy duty sediment and erosion control fencing at a minimum of 15 metres beyond the wetland buffer, or as per the Tree Removal Plan where greater setbacks are achievable; the installation and ongoing maintenance of a mud mat on Turnbull Drive; Tatham Engineering shall verify in writing that they have prepared the required cost
