THAT Planning Report No. P22-005, dated February 2, 2022 with respect to a request for a one-year extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval for 2595 Westshore Crescent (File No. SV-T-0706) be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn endorses the one-year extension of the Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval, which is scheduled to lapse on March 14, 2022; AND FURTHER THAT the County of Simcoe be advised of the Township’s position on the extension.
