THAT Planning Report No. P23-005, dated February 1, 2023 with respect to a request for a one-year extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval for 2595 Westshore Crescent (File No. SV-T-0706) be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn endorses the one-year extension of the Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval, which is scheduled to lapse on March 14, 2023; AND FURTHER THAT the County of Simcoe be advised of the Township’s position on the extension.

THAT the 2023 Operating and Capital Budget be adopted as amended, including the budgets for the Coldwater BIA and Library; AND FURTHER THAT any items for which conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration.
