THAT Planning Report No. P23-019 dated June 7, 2023 with respect to the removal of Holding provisions for the Turnbull Subdivision for 3486 Turnbull Drive (LIV (Lake Couchiching Residence) GP Inc. and LIV (Lake Couchiching Residence) LP) be received; AND FURTHER THAT a By-law to remove the Holding provisions be presented to Council for further consideration at the June 7, 2023 Council Meeting.
