THAT Planning Report No. P23-039 dated November 1, 2023 with respect to a proposed Subdivision Agreement for 2595 Westshore Crescent (File No. SV-T-0706) be received; AND THAT the Township of Severn approve the Subdivision Agreement, including a Development Charge Late Payment Agreement, substantially in the form of that included as Attachment 3; AND THAT a By-law authorizing the Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement be presented to Council for further consideration; AND THAT the Township of Severn advise the County of Simcoe that there is sufficient drinking water and wastewater capacity available to service the entire plan of subdivision (8 lots); AND FURTHER THAT the drinking water and wastewater capacity will be held in Final Allocation for a period of three (3) years from the date of this Report.

THAT By-law No. 2023-75 be and is hereby read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
