THAT Planning Report No. P23-038, dated November 1st, 2023 with respect to updating the Township’s Site Alteration & Fill By-law 2011-23, as amended, together with a new, site-specific Tree Conservation By-law be received; AND FURTHER THAT staff and the Township’s consultants MHBC and Azimuth be directed to proceed with Option 1 – proceed with public consultation on both by-laws in the first quarter of 2024 and that draft by-laws be brought forward for Council’s consideration taking into account public comment.
