THAT Public Works Report W24-019 dated August 14, 2024, with respect to Wainman Line Culvert Replacement be received; AND FURTHER THAT the bid received by Ratcliff Excavating & Grading Inc. in the amount of $3,257,160 (excluding HST) be accepted; AND FURTHER THAT the additional $1,169,000 required to complete the Work be approved; AND FURTHER THAT the deficiency be funded from the Development Charges Reserve Fund and the Capital Reserve as appropriate.

THAT Administration Report No. A24-028 Signage Strategy and Implementation Plan: Gateway signage project update be received; AND THAT Project number F18 2024-023 be awarded to pl.ural (Stempski Kelly Associates Inc.) with a condition that as the project scope is subject to change, payment amounts are reliant on the scope of work identified before and after each milestone detailed within the Request for Proposal and as agreed upon by both pl.ural and the Director of Public Works; AND THAT staff be directed to award project F18 2024-023 as recommended.
