That Committee resolve into Closed Session, and that the meeting is hereby now closed to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, Section 239(2), for the purpose of considering: (a) a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labor relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or Local Board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
