THAT Recreation Report No. R25-007, dated March 5, 2025 , with respect to Award of Design Services for Administration Centre Expansion and Upgrades be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Proposal from Martin Simmons Sweers Ltd. in the amount of $295,735.00 (excluding HST) plus 15% contingency be accepted; AND FURTHER THAT the additional $285,300 required to complete the Work be approved; AND FURTHER THAT the deficiency be funded from the Building Replacement Reserve.
