THAT Committee resolve into Closed Session, and that the meeting is hereby now closed to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, Section 239(2), for the purpose of considering advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; AND THAT pursuant to Section 239(3.1), for the purpose of educating or training the members during which no member shall discuss or otherwise deal with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of the council, local board or committee.
