THAT Planning Report No. P25-025 dated June 4, 2025, with respect to Bill 17 - Protect Ontario by Building Smarter and Faster Act and associated ERO Posting Numbers 025-00461, 025-0462, 025-0463 and RR25-MMAH003 be received; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to make an ERO submission utilizing the of the draft letter included as Attachment 2 to Planning Report No. P25-025.
