THAT Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole

THAT Planning Report No. P26-005, dated January 21st, 2026, with respect to Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-25-20, for the subject lands located at 3900 Menoke Beach Road, be received for information; and THAT comments received at the Public Meeting be considered as part of any recommendation report for a future Council meeting.

THAT Planning Report No. P26-002, dated January 21, 2026, with respect to Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-25-15, for the subject lands located at 2458 Wainman Line, be received as information; AND FURTHER THAT comments received at the Public Meeting be considered as part of any recommendation report for a future Council meeting.

THAT Planning Report No. P26-003, dated January 21, 2026 with respect to Priority Updates to Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2010-65 as amended, be received;AND FURTHER THAT Council approves the sole source procurement of the Priority Zoning By-law Updates to MHBC Barrie for a maximum amount of $50,000 (excluding HST).

THAT the correspondence from James and Judith Beamish regarding Shadow Creek Canal Dredging be received for information with no action taken

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of January 21, 2026 be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

THAT By-law No. 2026-01 to 2026-05, inclusive, are hereby passed.
