THAT the Consent List for March 18, 2026 and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council with the exception of Items E.3.1, E.3.3, E.3.6, E.4.1 and E.4.2.

THAT Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

THAT Public Works Report No. W26-010 dated March 18, 2026, with respect to Winter Control Level of Service be received; AND THAT the report be

That Administration Report No. A26-09, dated March18, 2026 regarding Administrative Monetary Penalty (AMP) System Implementation be received for information; AND THAT staff issue an Invitational Request for Quotation (IRFQ) for AMPS Software to help facilitate the issuance and processing of penalty notices.

THAT the Council for the Township of Severn supports the resolution from the Township of Springwater regarding Residential Recycling Service Concerns.

THAT the Council of the Township of Severn supports the resolution from the Township of Perry advocating for enhanced provincial support for school bus safety and stop-arm camera systems.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of March 18, 2026 be adopted as Resolutions of Council.
