THAT the delegation by Ryan Wall, Executive Vice President, Walker Aggregates - Operations update be received and

THAT Public Works Report No. W26-010 dated March 18, 2026, with respect to Winter Control Level of Service be received; AND THAT Council maintain the current status quo for winter control level of service; AND FURTHER THAT Council approve the purchase of a new plow truck as an addition to the 2026 Capital Budget, being an addition to the fleet, to be financed from the capital reserve; AND FURTHER THAT staff report back regarding the financial implications to the 2027 Budget deliberations including opportunities to expand the current fleet to include fleet growth.

THAT Public Works Report No. W26 ‑ 013 dated April 2026, with respect to the Coldwater Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Main Sewage Pumping Station Upgrades design be received; AND FURTHER THAT the design contract be awarded to Ainley and Associates Limited in the amount of $1,454,040.75 plus HST; AND FURTHER THAT Council direct staff to fund the project budget exceedance through internal debt financing by borrowing against available municipal reserve funds.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

THAT By-law Nos. 2026-25 to 2026-26, inclusive, are hereby passed.
