THAT Planning and Building Report No. P26-038, dated June 17, 2026, respecting the Septic Reinspection Program, be received; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to bring forward an amendment to the existing Septic Reinspection Bylaw to change the inspection trigger age for a new and replacement systems from 2 years to 10 years;AND FURTHER THAT that the remainder of the septic reinspection program be suspended for five years.
