THAT the following correspondence be received for information: G.1. Correspondence received from the Coldwater Shuffleboard Club dated September 24, 2024 re funding be received as information; AND THAT the Coldwater Shuffleboard Club be recommended to apply for a separate grant next year prior to the deadline. G.2. Correspondence received from students from Rama Public School re concerns within Severn be received as information; AND THAT the Recreation department be recommended to explore the possibility of inviting youth to meet to bring forward concerns similar to those in the letters.
