THAT Planning Report No. P22-002, dated January 19, 2022, with respect to applications by High Level Construction for a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision (File No. SV-T-1801) and a Zoning By-law Amendment (Z-17-12) for 3879 Town Line be received; AND FURTHER THAT Township staff be directed to work with the County of Simcoe and the applicant’s consulting team to finalize proposed Conditions of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval to be presented to Council for consideration in the future, taking into account any additional submissions from the Planning and Development Committee, members of the public, circulated agencies, and Township departments and peer review consultants; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to present a draft Zoning By-law Amendment, including “Holding” provisions, for Council’s consideration in the future as a Condition of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval.
