THAT the presentation from MHBC Barrie regarding the County of Simcoe Municipal Comprehensive Review (Planning Matters) be received; AND THAT the Township of Severn submit a response to the County of Simcoe based on the various matters related to the County MCR outlined in the presentation; AND FURTHER THAT comments due prior to the May 4th Council meeting be submitted to the County prior to ratification by Township Council. THAT Planning Report No. P22-016 dated April 20, 2022 with respect to a proposed Subdivision Agreement, tree planting plans and the removal of Holding provisions for 27 Gill Street (453211 Ontario Ltd.) be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn approve the Subdivision Agreement substantially in the form of that included as Attachment 3 to Planning Report P22-016; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn accept the proposed tree planting plans substantially in the form of those included as Attachment 5 to Planning Report P22-016; AND FURTHER THAT By-laws for the removal of the Holding provisions and authorizing the Clerk to execute the Subdivision Agreement be presented to Council for further consideration at the next available meeting.
