THAT Planning Report No. P22-019, dated May 18, 2022, with respect to applications by High Level Construction for a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision (File No. SV-T-1801) and a Zoning By-law Amendment (Z-17-12) for 3879 Town Line be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Township of Severn advise the County of Simcoe that it endorses the granting of Draft Approval for the proposed Plan of Subdivision included as Attachment 2, together with the recommended draft Conditions included as Attachment 3 to Planning Report No. P22-019; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to present a draft Zoning By-law Amendment, including “Holding” provisions, for Council’s consideration in the future as a Condition of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval.
