THAT Planning Report No. P22-021, dated June 15th, 2022, with respect to Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-22-05, for the subject property located at 1948 Upper Big Chute Road be received; AND FURTHER THAT prior to the consideration of a draft Zoning By-law Amendment by Council, the property be brought into compliance with the Township Zoning and Municipal By-laws to the satisfaction of the Township and/or an amended proposal be received; AND FURTHER THAT should an amended proposal that substantially changes the application be received, the application be re-circulated and subject to an additional Public Meeting before the Committee, prior to Council’s consideration of a Zoning By-law Amendment.
