THAT Planning Report No. P23-034 regarding the assumption of municipal services for the North Ridge Subdivision Phase 2(i), including portions of North Valley Lane and Windemere Lane, be received; AND FURTHER THAT Planning staff prepare a by-law for the November 1, 2023 Council meeting for the Township of Severn to assume all public roads, facilities and structures.
