THAT Planning Report No. P24-004 dated February 21, 2024, with respect to a Deeming By-law Application for the lands described as Lot 25, Plan 51M-62, known municipally as 3304 Beechwood Drive be received; AND THAT the Draft Deeming By-law included as Attachment 4 to Planning Report P24-004 be brought forward immediately; AND FURTHER that should Council pass the Deeming By-law the Clerk be directed to provide a certified copy of the By-law to the Clerk of the County of Simcoe per Section 50(26) of the Planning Act .
