Planning and Development Committee

THAT Planning Report No. P24-012, dated March 20, 2024, with respect to Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-24-01, for the subject lands located at 3244 Hampshire Mills Line, be received; AND FURTHER THAT a draft Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to Council for consideration at the next available meeting, subject to comments received prior to Council’s consideration of the Zoning By-law Amendment, including additional submissions from Council, the Planning & Development Committee, members of the public, circulated agencies, and Township departments.

THAT Planning Report No. P24-010, dated March 20, 2024 with respect to updating the Township’s Site Alteration & Fill By-law 2011-23, as amended, together with a new, site-specific Tree Conservation By-law be received; AND FURTHER THAT staff and the Township’s consultant Azimuth be directed to report back with any suggested modifications to the Fill By-law in accordance with the comments provided at the Public Meeting and Open House, as appropriate; AND FURTHER THAT staff and the Township’s consultants MHBC report back regarding the proposed tree conservation by-law that the by-law not proceed conditional upon a review of the comments provided at the Public Meeting and Open House.
