THAT Planning Report No. P24-025, dated June 19, 2024, with respect to the proposed Updated New Official Plan for the Township of Severn be received; AND FURTHER THAT MHBC and Planning staff be directed to bring a recommendation report to Council and outline the next steps in the approval process.

THAT Planning Report No. P24-024 dated June 19, 2024, with respect to a Deeming By-law Application for the lands described as Lots 3 and 4, Plan 51M-342, known municipally as 3274 and 3282 Rockcliffe Court be received; AND THAT the Draft Deeming By-law included as Attachment 4 to Planning Report P24-024 be brought forward immediately; AND FURTHER that should Council pass the Deeming By-law the Clerk be directed to provide a certified copy of the By-law to the Clerk of the County of Simcoe per Section 50(26) of the Planning Act .
