THAT the correspondence from CREWS regarding a request for tree clearing ahead of development approvals be approved subject to conditions including but not limited to receipt of an updated Environmental Impact Study (EIS), review of the updated study to the satisfaction of the Township, confirmation from MTO and any other conditions which may arise to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning & Development.
