THAT Planning Report No. P25-007, dated February 19th, 2025, with respect to Zoning By-law Amendment Application, File No. Z-24-12, for the subject property located at 2368 Maple Valley Road be received; AND FURTHER THAT a draft Zoning By-law Amendment be presented to Council for consideration at the next available meeting, subject to comments received prior to Council’s consideration of the Zoning By-law Amendment, including additional submissions from the Planning Committee, members of the public, circulated agencies, and Township departments.
