THAT Planning Report No. P20-037, dated December 16, 2020, with respect to a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File No. Z-20-06) for 3073 and 3081 Village Lane be received; AND FURTHER THAT as required under Section 34, Subsection 17 of the Planning Act Council determines that no further Notice / Public Meeting is required with respect to the proposed by-law as the change is minor in nature and represents the intent of the original application.
