THAT Planning Report No. P23-023, dated June 28, 2023 regarding John Street Subdivision – Subdivision Agreement Extension Request be received; AND FURTHER THAT the Director of Planning and Development be authorized to execute an Amendment to the John Street Subdivision Agreement, as prepared by the Township’s solicitor, to implement a further two (2) year extension for the completion of the outstanding works together with updated lot grading certification deposit amount, subject to receiving the applicable required security top up amount and a $3000.00 legal deposit; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to look into having a streetlight and the sidewalk installed early in the development construction.
