THAT Planning Report No. P24-013 dated March 20th, 2024 with respect to a Deeming By-law Application for the lands described as Lot 140 and South Part Lot 139, Plan 811, known municipally as 3386 Azcona Avenue be received; AND THAT the Draft Deeming By-law included as Attachment 3 to Planning Report P24-013 be brought forward immediately; AND FURTHER that should Council pass the Deeming By-law the Clerk be directed to provide a certified copy of the By-law to the Clerk of the County of Simcoe per Section 50(26) of the Planning Act .
