That Committee resolve into Closed Session, and that the meeting is hereby now closed to the public pursuant to the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, Section 239(2), for the purpose of considering: (a) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
