THAT the Regular Agenda be adopted, including consent items, as circulated.

THAT Planning Report No. P25-028 dated June 25, 2025 with respect to a Subdivision Agreement with High Level Construction Ltd., and removal of the Holding provision, for 3879 Town Line be received; AND THAT the Township of Severn approve the Subdivision Agreement, including a Development Charges Late Payment Agreement, in substantial conformity with the draft included as Attachment 3 to Planning Report P25-028; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to prepare two draft By-laws to (1) authorize the Clerk to execute the Agreements and (2) to remove the Holding provision from the subject lands effective once the Subdivision Agreement has been registered on title; AND FINALLY THAT the applicable Agreements be executed once the Director of Planning and Development has confirmed that all the Conditions have been met.

THAT Recreation Report No. R25-009, dated June 25, 2025, regarding the request from the Coldwater Shuffleboard Club to allow overnight Motorhome/RV parking in the Coldwater Community Centre Parking Lot for their Tournament from July 28 to August 1, 2025, be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT staff work with the organizers regarding the location of the overnight Motorhome/RV parking; AND FURTHER THAT the organizers be granted an exemption to By-Law No. 2025-03.
